IVF II

由於第一次的IVF失敗，我們又開始了第二輪的了。醫生說因為我上次用的劑量取出五顆卵，雖然數量不多，但是因為全部受精成功所以她不打算改變劑量，我們這次就比照上次辦理。


2009/10/30 - 開始噴鼻劑，早晚各一次，經期的第二天開始每天打一針Gonal F 150iu。


2009/11/6 -　Syneral Nasal Spread改成早晚各噴一次。針照打，唉。Estrogen 6000.


2009/11/7 - 驗血加做陰道超音波。Estrogen 12000，這次還是照不到左邊的卵巢，只有看到五顆，size分別為: 21mm一顆，16mm一顆，15mm二顆，還有一顆的size我忘了......
Trigger injection @ 1:00am (這個要準時打，不能提早也不能延後)。


2009/11/9 - Fasting till EC, EC time 12:00 noon. 8 eggs were collected, due to low blood pressure I had to stay in the hospital till 4:30pm, start Crinone Gel tonight. 看到護士寫在我手背上的8，好高興，８顆吔，成功的機會比上次多吧！


2009/11/9 - 本來以為這次會比上次來的好，必竟Eggs的數量比上次多啊。沒想到打電話去問的結果，只有三顆受精卵，算了，只要品質好就行了。
1 - Grade one, 2 - Grade two. According to the embryologist, sperm count is lower than May and they are not sure if the low fertilisation rate is caused by the quality of the eggs or the sperm........


2009/11/12 - 7:30 am ET，one embryo.
