IVF III - 新週期

又一個新的週期，爸爸也剛好六月要開心臟的大手術，所以我請好假要回去照顧他．


這篇寫起來很難過，因為這是第一次人工受孕成功了，驗孕後我忍不住打了電話回台灣報喜，大家都很高興．但是可能是因為胚胎還不穩又加上爸爸的開刀，小產了，而且是在台灣發生的．虎先因為人在柏斯沒有辦法幫我，所以急的如同熱鍋上的螞蟻一般．


媽媽也一直燉俌給我吃，就希望我能把身體養好，再接再厲．媽媽一直說我不該回來的，但是我說如果爸爸的手術有問題，我會一輩子不安的．該我的就是我的，不該我的，強求也沒有用啊．


2010/5/9 - Syneral Nasal Spread L/R , am + pm (7 days)


2010/5/16 - Syneral Nasal Spread, L in the am and R in the pm


2010/5/18 - 生理期第一天


2010/5/19 - Injection starts, Gonal F 150 and continue nasal spread


2010/5/25 - 驗血  estrogen             progesterone

2010/5/26 - Ultrasound - 5 eggs on the right, size 18/18/14/12/12, Endometrim 10mm (Entrogen 3200 and progesterone 2.2)


2010/5/28 - Ultrasound + Blood test, Eggs (left) size 19/18/18/15 plus several small ones, endometrim 12mm, estrogen 8700 and progestrone 4.4, trigger injection @ 8:30pm, stop Syneral and start using Gonal.


2010/5/29 Ultrasound @ St. John of God, 5 eggs on the right hand side and 5 on the left. On the left hand side, 4 of them ar eabove 15mm and one ab ove 14 mm. Endometrium 12mm.


2010/5/30 - Egg collection @ 7:30am, 14 eggs collected, 8 from the right and 6 from the left. Discharged around 11:30am and sperm sample collected on the same day.


2010/5/31 - 11 eggs fertilised 


2010/6/1 - 10 eggs developed on target but one is a bit slow


2010/6/2 - 4 developed into compact cells, (2) - 7 cells, (1) - 8 cells, (1) - 9 cells, one is slow only 5 cells


2010/6/3 - The same as previous day, 10 progress well and one slow. Transfer scheduled for the following day at 9:00am 


2010/6/4 - Transfer one egg, AA grade, 4 looks good, grade AB, AB, BA and BB. Two of them with smaller inner cells but will keep the remaining 5 eggs for one more day to see if they meet the trading target (if there is any improvement) one is no good, developing but way too slow.


2010/6/5 - Still 4 good enough to freeze, grade BB, AB, BA, BA


2010/6/13 - Blood test, BFP


2010/6/16 - Glood test in the afternoon and continue use Gonron GEll


2010/6/20 - Went to a friend's B'day party, came home start bleeding. Called Perth right away and Bob too. Bob came right away and took me to the closest hospital. Did a pregnancy test, confirm pregnant and was given an injection and some medication to take.


2010/6/21 - Bleed even more and confirm miscarried.


2010/7/8 - Heavy bleeding, called concept on 2010/7/9, they saled it's possible the body reset period therefore have the period early. A blood test is to be done on 2010/7/10.


Went in for transfer, I didn't record the date but was told that all embryo didn't survive the throwing. Called Concept to ask why, but was told that it happens from time to time and they have no explanation for why it happen to us this time. Hubby was asked to do further sperm analysis and the result came back normal, what a relief.
