從上次小產後，好不容易等到懷孕指數消失，終於可以重新開始了．因為上次的胚胎全軍覆沒，一心只想要這次能有好一點的胚胎，以完成我們的求子路程．
這次也是有受孕成功，但是不知道為什麼，又小產了，唯一的好消息是胚胎的品質明顯比上次好很多．
因為又小產所以Dr.Lucy說要我去再照一次3D的超音波，看看肌瘤有沒有再長大．跟KEMH的醫生合診後，決定要開刀將肌瘤拿掉．
還是將療程記錄一下吧：
2010/10/7 - Synarel Nasal Spray starts
2010/10/19 - Still no period, nurse wants me to do a blood test , just to see where we are at
Result, not pregnant, treatment continue however if by Sat still no period, blood test again.

Ultrasound + blood test. 17MM + 16MM + 15MM and some small eggs, Endometrium 13mm.
Picked up trigger injection
2010/11/2 - Ultrasound + Blood test 7:45 - 8:00am, 20/18/16/13/11 on the left ovary, on the right hand side - 14mm. Told to do trigger injection @ 8:00pm and start antibiotics with dinner. Stop Synarel and Gonel F.
2010/11/3 - Antibiotics morning and evening and Fast from mid night
2010/11/4 - Fast continues, egg collection @ 7:00am, all up, 8 eggs. Discharge time - 10:55 am
2010/11/5 - 6 eggs fertilised, transfer scheduled on Tuesday. Call Concept on Monday to confirm transfer time and call tomorrow to check grade.
2011/11/6 - (1) - grade 1, (5 )- grade 2 but good grade 2.
2010/11/7 - 1 x 8 cells Grade 2 (B+)
1 x 7 cells Grade 1/1/2 fusing
1 x 8 cells Grade 3 (B)
1 x 9 cells Grade 2 (B+)
1 x 8 cells Grade 1 (A+)
1 fusing compacted
2010/11/8 - 5 compacted cells and 1 bit slow but sill doing what it supposed to do. Transfer time set at the 9th of NOV, to arrive Concept between 12:30 to 12: 45pm
2010/11/9 - Transfer done around 1:30 pm, 1 embryo, Dr. Williams said it's a very beautiful embryo.
2010/11/10 - 5 frozen embryo. (1) AA, (2) cannot be graded as they are too advanced. (1) BA and (1) AB.
2010/11/18 - Pregnancy level 150 (anything above 50 is good), Progestrone 450.
2010/11/22 - Blood test, pregnancy level 1530, progestrone 706
2010/11/29 - Pregnancy level 33,000
2010/12/10 - scheduled Ultrasound time but bleed started before that
2010/12/3 - Bleeding - fresh blood fill up a pad and followed by brown blood leaking continuously. Called Concept, asked to go in the following day for a blood test and an ultrasound, scanning for heart beat
2010/12/4 - Blood test done and ultrasound found heart beats. Foetus 3.5mm, 5 weeks and 6 days. If all goes well, due date 31st July 2011. Needed to keep an eye on the bleeding.
Bleeding got heavier towards the afternoon, had to change pads. Blood came out continuously. Blood test: Pregnancy level doubled, around 65,000.
Evening - Heavy Bleeding
2010/12/5 - Heavy bleeding, during evening bug chunks of blood clog came out.
2010/12/6 - Went to work and around 7:30am sent to toilet as bleeding was really heavy + huge chunks of blood clog came out. Stayed in the loo for over one hour as the bleeding shows no sign of stopping, continuous bleeding and passing clogs. Called hubby to come and pick me up as I was too weak to drive home.
2010/12/7 - Ultrasound shows a deflect sack, no foetus was found and no heart beats. Pregnancy level - not informed. Confirmed miscarriage
2010/12/17 - Blood test and ultrasound.Was told that the baby growing at a very slow rate and cannot find heart beats. Sack became longer and unhealthy looking. Can see the baby but very small.
2010/12/18 - 6:45 am be at Concept for 7:30 am D&C.
2010/12/27 - Blood test, pregnancy level 400
2011/1/3 - Blood test
2011/1/15 - Blood test pregnancy level 33. Test again in 10 days.
2011/1/26 - Blood test pregnancy level 6. Should reach 0 in a week time. Paid AUD 106.75 by credit card for outstanding ultrasound account. Concept will send through a receipt.
Need to keep Concept informed re KEHM outcome in order to organise next transfer.

Review appointment 2011/2/8 Tuesday at 11:00am. Saw Dr. Chua and confirmed the need for an operation on 22nd of June 2011.
